I saw that rager. 30M shares. Yes, this should give them the ability to do it. They put in a stipulation that they could buy the shares in the open market or through a private transaction. If it ends up being a private transaction, I don't know if it will do much to the price. Taking the shares out of someones hands and returning them to the company treasury is great but I would like to see them buy about 15M from the open market. That would definitely do the trick!
