My source has been vry reliable in the past, although his timing is sometimes off a bit. As far as the leqal thing, I can't say more than it was something to do with the inventor of the solar panel PTOS plans to use and his partner. I'm fairly new to this stock, bought at .71 and sold at .63 and am now buying back at .30.
