Kaddy27, IMO it is not exactly a rehash. For those who aren't paying attention all the time it is an effort to show the broad range of Bavi in one clear and concise PR. It is showing Bavi having effect in more than a 15 patient study. It shows they are treating close to 50 patients accross three PHII trials and achieving approx 65% response rate. Also, that soon they will have the 3 trials treating close to 150 patients.

Very importantly, in sales it is necessary to get your message out at least 3 times before it starts to be heard. Sure they say BP is reviewing their info but IMO there is starting to be an effort to make the public (investors) aware of what they are doing. I also think this may be the beginning of a more constant news flow on Bavi along with upcoming releases on the viral side.

IMO the management team was very smart in the way they set up these trial. Operating on a shoestring they could have ran a breast cancer trial on 45 patients and it may have been a little more significant because of a larger trial size, however, for the purpose of showing BP that it had something unique spreading it out in 3 different trials on two different types of cancer and two different chemos was a great way to turn more heads. It shows the drug may have a wide range which should draw multiple BPs. As a minimum it should turn the heads of the BP's that market the chemo drugs.

It is hard to be patient.
