It has to start with a derivative action against Strickland and what he did with spooz. He scammed the shareholders several times and like you have written, the whole dirt would be found then.

There is nothing to lose here anymore, it doesn't matters at all if a big part goes to lawyers or to Unwin or in any of the created shells.
