I wouldn't doubt it...
Either way the main focus for me, is hoping that the shares, or funds created are going to build the company up, and not the current management's bank accounts
I have confidence it is going to the greater good of the company long term...
The name of the company that bought and/or have the options for the counties, would do a great deal to inspire confidence if in fact they are large enough to pay out 1 mil for their options, where part of national chain, or simply a company that can be verified and would appear to be able to produce a sizeable revenue stream. I know its the first company, but the strength of that one company could go a long ways.
