CMKX was an alleged mining company that advertised on NASCAR Teams Autos, Funny Cars and Motorcycle Teams at the end of the day they sold around 65M worth of stock with no real verifiable business. The SEC suspended them and then revoked them and anyone who challenged them was banned from the board etc. by the cult believers.
SPNG seems to be following the same formula IMO except they are using MLB, TV and Radio advertising. And yes they have the same cult like following and I predict the same outcome for them as with CMKX.
