IMO Silver is the most versatile of the precious metals.... New uses are being found all the time....

While the overall markets for silver are dominated mainly by its established, "conventional" uses, there are a number of emerging technologies that also use silver, and these rapidly growing technologies will account for a disproportionate amount of the growth in the silver market.

FYI - Check PAL North American Palladium
I got some PAL and PAL options , the JAN2010 CALL $5 Options , Up 100% in one week , The PAL JAN2010 Call $2.5 , $5 and $7.5 are ALL buys And appear to be under accum... I am going long large PAL , CDE , PAS , SLV , AND > I did get some UNG and UNG calls , nat gas is trailing Oil is major way , IMO betweee now and December UNG will explode upside....
