Just finished another 5k run to clear my head.

I always trade options. May be I did not trade OEX before. Now I only trade OEX options. I use channel and Fibs and CCI for entries and exits..my swing system is statistically based...if it says sell/buy on a specific day..then I look for HOD/LOD to enter/exit...just that it is a bull/bear market does not mean you cannot short/long the market...the market goes up and down in cycles in any time frame...that is why the channel is used..
