After reading about the shareholder meeting on a message board and not seeing a pr, or for that matter receiving anything in the mail, no. Newmin wants to increase the shares and have us re-elect the same board members but tells us nothing. We have no idea what's going on with the company. Until they can be more forthcoming and let us know what's going on in the pipeline these guys are not to be trusted IMO. Why should we vote to increase shares? Why should we re-elect these clowns? Until they give us good reasons I say screw them. Then again it really doesn't matter. They'll get what they want eventually.
