Could not agree more. The SEC and the white house are on an image improvement campaign with investors due the Madoff debacle. It would not surprise me if the SEC looks into this buyout offer.

Full disclosure I am a shareholder (198,000) and I am greatly concerned. I can understand the rationale of Jared not being overly concerned about the day to day pps, but Jared has been down right negligent as of late.

My gut tells me the buyout is not real after reading the May 15th p.r. , However if it is I think the Koreans have him over a barrel. " No buyout.....no contracts" What also bothers me is the claim of 136mil revenue for 2009 not including any Korean contracts. I would also like to know what is EESO 's cut of the action on the Wow Green sales. Have we ever got an answer on that?

The only thing that keeps me even a little positive about this stock is the relationship with Allie. I just do not believe he would knowingly be involved with a bunch of clowns. Like a some of you I do not break even until .02. The international launch of wow green in Sept maybe the only thing that gets me back to .02. This is the only pink that I have ever invested in because I thought it was the exception not the rule. My bad!
