Form D over a year old

so many silly people talking major dilution when this Form D is over a year old and has yet to sell $1 million in shares. 3/4 of it was sold over 11 months, and the next 1/8 over the past 2 months. Those are the figures, how does this amount to 'major dilution' hysteria??

Long and strong, and will add more if you guys can talk it back down near todays lows.....

Another form D???? Sure, why would he not file one when this is finally finished? That is the rule he is using, and if it takes another 18 months to sell the next $1 million in shares, that is much better than some of the financing that could be used, very bad financing options that so far, we have not seen here.
