Use 2006 to present then. There were 718M shares out then, 722M now, an insignificant change for this comparison. ERHE has never tracked oil and only will; a.) when it actually HAS reserves, and b.) when it trades on a senior exchange.

Since most believe those two are mutually exclusive, we can say ERHE will NEVER track oil.
