correct me if I'm wrong...
this is my understanding of the p.rs....

This pr is about UEEC investing $15M in SSC preferred shares which the Department of Energy will match.

this pr is about UEEC trading $1M common shares in exchange for 5% stake in SSC. Furthermore UEEC can get an additional 25% stake in SSC in exchange for investing $5M. Then on top of all of that another 5% stake once the $5M investment is completed. so a total of a 35% stake of SSC for $6M(combination of common shares and equity)- that's the way it looks to me correct me if I'm wrong.
