I agree... all available evidence points to a ponzi scheme or just a plain scam...however, we don't have all the available evidence.

I agree...not everyone lies all the time...but everyone lies some of the time....and most pink sheet companies and investors lie most of the time. I'm fed up trying to figure out who's honest and who's not. Ya...big board stocks and technical analysis of charts is going to be it for me...(if I ever get back on my feet)

If the fact that Pedro is a Cuban citizen makes it illegal for him to be CEO of an American registered company...imagine what would happen if disclosure of pnms.pk's involvement in Cuba was made? This is the reason I have some hope. When the embargo is lifted it will no longer be illegal to do business in Cuba and if Pedro has been honest with us....we will instantly have verifiable value.
If Pedro can not prove his honestly after the embargo is lifted.... jail time will "not" be good enough for me.
