PXNT. Big drop after 1-160 RS monday. Picked up 2s on it. They lowered AS as per filing to 32 million shares

PXIT - Update after 1 for 160 reverse split:

O/S should be about 14 million (based on 2,197,398,230 as of 05/15/09 divided by 160)

A/S also has been reduced, to 31,250,000 as per amendment at Nevada:
