JPM stripped Lehman's online access to their accounts prior of the BK filing (JPM says they did this to protect them and see the money as colleralls, JPM is LBI's clearing house) ...Lehman is not only demanding the 17 Billion back but also sueing JPM for partically causing lehman to fail...and Lehman want discovery too...interesting...
