Can someone from the company answer these questions for the new people that seem to be showing up?

Investing in mining:

Before you invest in a mining or mineral exploration company, consider asking company management these questions to determine whether the information that the company has provided to you is reliable.

Who do you have in management that has the type of technical expertise required to see this project through to completion?


Have your projections (grade, tonnes, production forecasts, cash costs, capital costs, time frame, etc.) been independently verified by a Qualified Person?


Do you have a technical report that verifies what you are saying about the potential of the project?


What are the milestones to achieve what you are saying about your mineral project?


What are the expected costs and time frame to achieve these milestones? How are you going to raise the funds needed?


What are the underlying obligations that have to be met in order to retain ownership in the property? Are any of these obligations going to be difficult to achieve?


What are the types of risks that could cause the project to fail? What are you doing to try to minimize the risks?


Have other companies worked on this project and then abandoned it? Why do you think you will have more success and what are you doing that the others did not do?


Have you achieved your previous forecasts (time, cost, technical
achievements) of exploration and development of this project? If not, why should I believe you now?


How much money have you raised for this project and how much of that has been spent in the ground?
