i'd like to know what your basing this off of? so the company sells shares...like all the others, and at the same cost (as you say ink and paper). name one stock out there thats zero risk? none! they all are risky...some are more to a higher degree.....and this is still a pink and one should know what to expect.....

anyway, we're all concerned about the dilution and the postponed f/s. i personally feel its coming soon and the date to be let out soon.
