I'll break it down for you.

OneFi is seeking its part of the 6.5B dollar stimulus package money.STOP

The only place stimulus money is allocated by congress for broadband is through BTOP and RUS.STOP

If OneFi is to get a part of the stimulus package money allocated for broadband, they will have to file a grant application with BTOP STOP

If OneFi does not apply for the grant, they will not get the MONEYSTOP

Applications for grants begin in June STOP

Grants will not be awarded until Q4 2009 STOP

Don't know how I can make this any more clear.
