You are confusing and misstating two posts I have made.

I posted an email reply that the Navajo Department of IT did not have any involvement with a company called OneFi Technology.

I also posted information about BTOP. I never said they were not getting money from BTOP, I posted information about when applications were being accepted and when grants would be awarded. These Grants will not be awarded before Q4 2009 at the earliest for those receiving the grants.
