What earmark program specifically are you referring to? Who proposed this earmark. Show me a link. Enlighten me to an earmark valued at $6.5 Billion that is not part of BTOP.

"Enough with the BTOP Where is it that you heard that Onefi is getting monies through them"
The BTOP IS the only stimulus money allocated by Congress for broadband development in the "Stimulus Package". It's value is $4.7 Billion alone. This is what the OneFi PR was talking about!
