OneFi released a PR essentially saying they are seeking "It's share" of the $6.5 Billion stimulus. The only two programs that add to this amount of funding is,BTOP ($4.7B) and the Rural Utilities Service (RUS)($2.5B). These agencies are coordinating efforts and will begin accepting applications in June and will award grants beginning in Q4 2009 thru 2010. They make up the $7+ Billion dollars for Broadband. This is all there is from the Recovery and Reinvestment "Stimulus" package.

Are you saying that OneFi is getting money from somewhere else? OneFi has only Released information about wanting part of the Stimulus money. This money will not be available until Q4 2009 at the earliest. Please provide a link to back your statement.
