Pure Spectrum Lighting (PSRU)

I'm pretty sure Dubai has not invested in PureSpectrum. They did there DD back in Nov 08 and then signed an agreement in Jan 09. I spoke to an individual at Lightfair who told me that Dubai hasn't given PureSpectrum any money. Similar to the efforts to refit buildings in Dubai with PureSpectrum ballasts. PureSpectrum has worked up the bids and traveled to Dubai but still no deal. I think Dubai is going to wait until PureSpectrum is bigger before they trust their money with them.
