I 100% agree with you in4it...

I mean this is happening constantly...
Someone points out an Opinion about indirect being the way to go and maybe even w/ some facts...
Then someone else comes in and spins it...talks about redirecting the direct to make it just like indirect.
This is the constant rebuttal I am hearing.
Let the LAWYERS deal with this because I am sure neither one of you all are Lawyers OR let alone Patent Lawyers in the current infringement case. If you are, you are Soooooooooo going to hear it from the JUDGE!

Like I said in the PAST...
Direct and Indirect are both great OPTIONS.
However, Direct I personally feel is inefficient by itself and is also secondary to the Indirect approach.

Well, the main statement is...who has both Direct and Indirect...where both choices don't cost more to play? =P
