I don't know whether there will be a R/S or not, no person can say this, not even SM.

But, what we do know is it is obvious why you would promote one and that's because you'd or people like you would have less shares to cover.

Try being a little less transparent in your motives. Also, I see a lie as being irrelevant to anything except the motive for the lie.

Tell me, why would you tell me and the rest of the users here that a NASDAQ listing means R/S, when in fact you don't know this.

Why did you lie and tell us you knew - when in fact you didn't?
