people with shares stand to gain a substantial amount:
1. mr. bendall= 25 million=any where from 1 billion to 2 billion
2. those holding less but over a million=25 to 50 million
3. those holding less but in the thousands=a few million to hundreds of thousands
conclusion: it just makes sense for malcolm, et al, to negotiate a good agreement VERY SOON or the pps slips to 2 cents or less=not being negative -just realistic- and even if malcolm has to "give away" 40 percent of the whole tassie project to get the financing in place, what is the difference if he has 1 billion or 2 billion? it is still a lot of money, regardless!
