here is a thought..the company sells shares at the higher range we where building at .0070 to .0080
then releases the forward split is delayed...they delay it till they get to the .0030 mark that is where the big dollars are lined up at level 2..
they buy back as much as they can then tell us forward split....
thats around thats a lot of value for their money..
just a thought not bashing, I will be buying when it hits that .003
and on level 2 ARCA is the only bid without an ask..and they are lined up at .003
