No, the main focus should not be to make them pay, the main focus should be to get the company back, get it on track, produce and distribute medications to earn revenues and expand the company. As a side project those that have harmed the company should be investigated.
Seeing a few people investigated will not bring back lost money due to the stock dropping to the current point. Our focus needs to remain on getting the company back on track, period. If we focus elsewhere, there's no way anyone gets anything of value. The satisfaction of seeing certain people brought to justice will be welcome by many, but they won't be able to take that satisfaction to the bank and it won't make their spouses happy.
There's no question that investigations will happen, in due time, but there are many other things that need to be accomplished first.
Of course, all of this is just my opinion, maybe I'm wrong, but I know that with what I'm trying to do I don't want to be distracted with these things until we have succeeded in removing certain people from management roles.
