I agree, BW sounded honest, but it is still a pink. Nothing was mentioned about the CE status. He stated that the other 2 bil was added in case they needed to raise capital. Even if he is totally honest, there is a limit to how much of your own personal money you want to sink into a company. Since the additional shares are there, they might be used at any moment. Better to do the figures using the 7 bil instead of the 5 bil.
