I agree with you about getting away with murder if they stay even close to the rules which is unfortunate. I knew that Spzi and 141 were pink sheet stocks. My mistake was believing that Paul and his crew would follow good business practices and create a business that had shareholder value. It was a risk; I know; but one I was willing to take based on information 2 to 3 years ago.
The path that they are taking now leads me to be very concerned. Their business plan appears to be more complex than their prior ones which they could not execute. They have introduced a new company which could be another vehicle for remaining on the shareholder's payroll.
I have sent questions to Errol on these issues. No response yet.
Having said this, I still don't support the SEC sending them to jail. I just want my shares to make me a nice profit. I hope that Paul and crew have a pleasant surprise for us...but, my inventory of hope is getting small.
