not dilluted as of yet, NONE of the large shareholders have sold. dubai financing is a C/D, SO You would be wrong about dillution, if this had dillution the PPS would be sub-penny.

Can we Bet too see whom is right? How about a one Month Membership? Put Your MOUTH where your money is>?



2.15 a share 2 WEEKS after the UL/ES certification and Amex listing. All of which will be accomplished prior to July 15th what do you say?
