Can anybody tell me if this delisting is DEFINITELY going to happen? Sounds to me that Megas has no plans of getting the filings done. Unless he intends to get his shell relisted as Energy Source. Personally I would rather get my money back asap rather than having it drag out a few more years. It could be a long shot anyways.

Where is all the discussion?? I thought this board would be flooded with posts by now.
