cemjq chose chapter 11 to use it for their advantage to buy alittle time and regroup--they were not bankrupt--it was a srategic move by Rogerson--the next 2 weeks will be explosive (sorry freto-glasscrasher-arnie etc.) with possible profit in may- possible asset sale-possible favorable court rulings- and the reorganization plans -its all good -with-out any news we will have to stick to our little 80-130% gains- going to dollars -the real question is how many 5-8-12 and that will ultimately depend on the recovery of the over all economy --and we may not have seen the bottom of the bank failures and housing collapse--great news cemjq is diversified enough to recover and being world wide helps also.
