"This retail store division that we are in the process of developing and opening could bring relatively strong additional revenue to BizAuctions and also hopefully increase profitability on clothing liquidation," noted Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO.

With concept development and retail store opening currently ongoing, the Company did not release any additional details about the planned retail operations. However, Management noted that it plans to announce additional details in the next one to two weeks as retail store planning and opening progresses.

Janovec added, "We have been planning the retail store division for quite some time and are excited to see this vision come to fruition. If our retail operations are as successful as we hope they will be, we look forward to additional revenue growth.
