Vipp here new guy old investor ..... long runway... I just had my attorney pull a us bk court record for me .. It's public domaine however I have not been able to find it on my own.
It is a declaration by a Angel investor in NYC case #8:07 12347 -ta
I'm not going to say his name as not sure if I'm supposed to without permission.
It's a declaration to the June 10 court date where this fellow Declares under oath that he has committed over 1,000,000 USD and further will commit $100,000 per mo for the next 3 mo. and another $1,000,000 for debt resolution, he is in the health care industry and has put one of his experts on the Cobalis board.
I'm not sure how to obtain this declartion however my attorney says it is public domaine.
My opinion is this all but assures the court will confirm the 11
along with the $100,000 per mo. orders and the campaigne.
I for one think this is going to be ok..I wish Cobalis would anounce all the news as the street is desparate for a ray of hope ... There actually is quiet a bit...
