OK, The company, Lets look at what they've done.

So far they put out a PR saying that they booked 5 appointments. Thats it...We don't even know if the people showed up for the darn things.
Then a Pr saying that after looking for the best legal mind out there, The found Carl Duncan who was the TRXX Corporate counsel all along. ( not all the old names are gone )
Then of all the financial firms out there to do a audit on their books to "Go to a higher board"..They found an IN-Active Florida company run by none other than their own CFO and his son.

On nothing but hype.

Not to mention the old pricipal we talk about was on this board pumping the stock and has now backed off because we outed him.
