The phase two they run in seropositive SLE patients was stat sig (P=0.03 if I remember correctly). If you believe in statistic there is 97% chance it will be stat significant. Animals do show SLE like symptoms when you overexpress BAFF and BAFF level is elevated in SLE patients, but does that mean neutralizing BAFF will reduce the flares? No body knows. I hope lymphostatB works though cuz that will validate ZGEN's atacicept.
