kind of odd they chose this lawfirm to register in wyoming. this doesn't smell like buyout. this sounds more like circle the wagons. at least that's what i read into this lawfirm choice. the lawfirm specializes in defense litigation, not mergers and acquisitions. anybody else seeing the same thing i am? be weary.....

this is all about the belmont lawsuit. makes perfect sense. anyone want to put a wager on that?
