Why would he sell shares? He has about 6.5 million shares from what I remember. You can still hire a CEO and keep all his shares.

Do you want him to sell 3 million shares? Does this make sense to you? If someone asked you to give away $9,000,000, would you? Nope! So don't expect him to throw away millions of dollars to make you happy.

IMO, Rich saw SEVU rise to $28.50 per share and he feels that the company can once again rise to that level under his leadership.
