MYHA's sister company, Telemedicus (TMDI) vanished into the wind quicker than MYHA's apparent slow death on life support systems. TMDI re-emerged as National Wind Solutions (NWND). Maurice Stone, former head at MYHA's predecessor, ITPD, took a brief (two month) role as the CEO of NWND before "blowing" it off and heading to their other sister company, SSLR, letting long time bud, Kathleen Delaney (also CEO of MYHA) run the ship.

NWND's latest financials has this to say about the DREAMS technology: http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=20820

"In addition the Company own certain exclusive rights to an innovative breakthrough in rapid medical emergency response and communications technology called “Disaster Relief and Emergency Medical Services (DREAMSTM). The technology was jointly developed by the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and Texas A&M University under a $20 million Department of Defense grant. Those grants have recently expired and we are seeking a buyer who has the necessary resources to bring this technology to fruition.....After acquiring the intellectual property from the universities, we determined that the technology required a
substantial amount of further development which we opted not to undertake. We therefore fully reserved
the carrying value of this property and we are currently seeking a buyer."

Curious they would make the statement that the grant expired, they never made payment on the technology, admit it is not fully developed, and now think they actually "own" the rights to sell it!

Even more curious: "We also received $200,000 from a shareholder to finance the purchase of the DREAMSTM technology. We issued a $200,000 note to the shareholder bearing simple interest at 6%, with principal and accrued interest due July 12, 2009." - so they issued shares and received $200k, but never made payments for the technology! GEEZ!!
