But if i was to guess, the original AMAF gameplan

"I think" was looking forward to being a reporting company

And possibly Remodel Auction wishes to avoid some of the costs

involved with that.

What i find interesting is the option on the half section of

land along the proposed reservoir.

Possibly with some luck they may wind up with some waterfront

property, and i can see no downside to that.

We shall find out,...
