If the company doesnt have news to post, have posters on the board who will talk about and make news instead. Fluffy.

In this case it really doesnt mean anything, but the posters will get you hanging on their every thread. All the while they make you feel they have something you dont.

Its this agenda of inside tracks, or the appearance of such which often leads many astray in the end.
