That usually depends on the agreement. Some times the swap isn't 1:1 . It can be 1 share of the buyer for every 5 or 10 shares of the buyee.

That's part of the agreement that will come out later. I'm aware of that part, I'd just like to make sure that I know as much as I think I know regarding purchases like this b/c there's another buyout that I'd like to take advantage of as well.
