There were 19 separate trades and almost $100K changing hands today.

One guess is that this was the first day of a wave of new issue private placement certs hitting people's mailboxes.

But there were some buys in there too (like the last trade), probably starting when the MM's were willing to halve their ask down to about 5/8.

Spread has tightned up a lot now too as a result.
