Phonecall with mr. peter chin on wednesday 27 2009

After a long time of waiting and after my patience because of waiting for next pr was over i was calling peter chin, ceo of pths.inc and dbyc.

My first impression when i listened peter on phone was that he is very relaxed instead of nervous. Well i introduced myself and started straigt ahead to ask him for several open questions.

First i wanted to know more about the "fairly large project which started in fourth quarter 2008", mr. chin told me that firs a small part of the revenues from this job are paid, i asked him wether there is a chance for a single pr about this job, peter answered no. He explained he can´t give names but he will start anything to make our questions answered.

Well myself i hoped for more but who knows what he will release?

I asked peter chin also for more informations about mr. srikant his it-specialist, there it becomes strange. Peter chin told me the "software is improving and improving daily" and they would have this software only. At this point, already in the second q-round there was a passage where you could read " Dac is producing revenues ". I guess dac software is really a big thing! I think srikant is a key employeer with special orders.

Peter told me also that he really try for almost about a year to go conform with SEC , remember in 2008 dbyc got on trade hold because of an owner story which lays almost 7 years in past. I asked Peter, don´t you think it was a bit late for this negotiations? Peter also was very amazed about this stuff of last year but he said, we do anything to become absolutly transparent to market and sec.

Peter Chin also said he will engage all efforts to lead everything to a good end.

I really could imagine we will have in short a lot of informations!
