Ok Docshazam here are a few concerns/statements/questions with some of my opinions injected in for thought and comment.

Muhlenberg
The last piece of media information that I have seen concerning the Coal to Diesel (wasn't stated but assumed to be FFI) project in Muhlenberg near Central City was in early December 2008 when Yonts made the “I am working almost daily to get that plant built” statement to the press. Just weeks after that Conoco announced this Kentucky NewGas thing to convert Coal to Natural Gas in Muhlenberg near Central City. After that there was and is complete dead air concerning FFI Muhlenberg. In the last 6 months no media, presentations, news spots nothing! (The Qs and Ks don't count) So the question is did Muhlenberg just drop and forget about FFI when Conoco dropped their 3 Billion Dollar plant on Muhlenberg? May explain the silence. Not sure why Conoco would feel the need with a one man company but if there where any type of teaming agreement for the diesel why has it not been announced when we gonna hear about it? FFI was supposed to have been making site selections last fall. Ah yes part of the grand secret plan I'm sure. Lots of recent activity, meetings and planning going on in Muhlenberg the past few weeks.................for Conoco.

If this grand secret plan is about to be unleashed on us why is the pps stalled at .08. In my opinion Ms .08 is likely the largest shareholder and in being that also in my opinion Ms .08 likely has better information than most of us folks here. So in that little hypothetical scenario why the hell she selling instead of buying when all this greatness is about to happen SOON.
On the flip side of this why is the price up in the first place? and it ain't the Q or the K.


However as I said myself they could have just folded up shop when they reached near the 100 mil last fall but they didn't. A stock split no matter how you want to slice it or additional stock authorization would likely destroy whats left of the pps and not worth the company effort and I'm sure the company is fully aware of that. So the mystery unfortunately continues with optimism declining by the day.
