Trish-yea thats one of the first thing the shelters do is spay and neuter the animals after they come in,last thing they wanna do is repeat this cycle of more abused and unwanted animals returning to the shelter....makes me sick to see these puppy mills that flood these pet stores with dogs and cats when millions are waiting in a shelter for a new home...and we need a mandatory minimum sentence for those convicted of organized dogfigting,make it a 3 year minimum felony offense...and for all you peeps raking in the tens of thousands of dollars with QBID how about go make a small donation to your local shelter,have a heart dont be selfish...
