Fred... I'm still learning myself. On charts that look favorable to me, I draw a line where I perceive resistance is located and where the PPS is need to get through in order to continue up ... I'm not a professional and all is in my opinion. I can't recommend any stock due to the volatility and unforeseen factors surrounding individual stocks.
