I honestly cannot see YA pulling the plug at this stage in the game. Especially with the patent win and the Scanbuy suit moving full speed ahead in NY. They have continued to fund NeoMedia up until this point and it was stated during the conference call that bankruptcy was the least likely scenario.

While it was disheartening to see the sell off today, hopefully the stock price will rebound if/when NeoMedia announces new funding.
