it is not even clear where/if they are operating, let alone who is in charge.

I visited the former office suites at 1240 Blalock Road in Houston about a week or two ago, and noticed Kathleen is running a new business called National Wind Solutions (NWND). MHYA is not on the marquee directory for the building.

I drove by this location about a month ago, and there was nothing but empty office suites.
